Extra Curricular Activities

To face the challenges posed against each student in the modern world and to complement the curricular activities and groom the students in the “Art of living and working together” we offer a variety of extra – curricular activities.

Karate

To improve the physical health and to inculcate good habits in the children like punctuality, discipline, respect, hard work and develop oneself into a confident individual.

Silambam

To improves the flexibility of body and the reflex of the individual. To enhance muscle co-ordination and increase mental strength and agility.

Yoga

To develop physical, mental, social and spiritual health. To gain a peaceful state of mind, pure thoughts and positive lifestyle, Physical, mental and spiritual practices and practise Tolerance.

Western Dance

To improve the body’s core muscles, reduce blood pressure, to help build bones of all ages and to keep the brain active.

Vocal Music

To fine tune the voice, to lower stress, improve regular sleeping habits, to improve the functioning of heart.

Instrumental Music

To increase memory skills, improve co-ordination, improve math skills, create responsibility, nurture self-expressions and improve social and listening skills.

Archery

To promote focus, discipline, and patience while improving hand-eye coordination and physical fitness. To encourage goal-setting and enhance mental resilience, offering students a unique and rewarding experience.

Band

To nurture cognitive growth, enhance social interactions, promote teamwork, develop life skills, provide stress relief, and encourage community involvement.
